Tools and Trade Techniques

This course is approved by the IDFPR, TDLR, and DLCP Barber and Cosmetology Boards and meets the CEU requirements for license renewal. All partnership class offerings are approved by the CEU Provider and will discuss:

• Tools and techniques used for various extension, roller, cutting, and blow-drying services and will providing an understanding of each tool's purpose and the best practices for applying them.

  
  

• Human trafficking known as modern day slavery and will provide an understating of what human trafficking is, how to recognize the signs, and how to report to law enforcement.

  
  

This course relates to the Barber, Barber Instructor, Cosmetologist, Cosmetology Instructor, Cosmetology Clinic Instructor, Esthetician, Esthetics Instructor, Nail Technician, Nail Technology Instructor, Hair Braider, and Hair Braiding Instructor license for the listed states.
